How is topic completion decided?

You decide. Set your attendance rules, and LiveClass Sync will mark lessons complete based on those rules after each session.

What happens if a student joins late or leaves early?

That is what the completion percentage setting decides. At the default 80%, a student in a 60-minute session must attend 48 minutes for the topic to
complete. You can set it anywhere from 0% to 100%

Can it track attendance for repeat sessions?

Yes. Each LearnDash topic syncs with the Zoom meeting you select, so attendance and records stay accurate for every session.

Can I change a session after scheduling?

Yes. You can update session details when needed. Changes will sync so your course stays up to date.

Where is attendance data stored?

In your own WordPress database. Our licence server handles licence validation only – it never receives student data.

What if students join from multiple devices?

Attendance is consolidated by email, so a student who joins from more than one device is still counted fairly and accurately.
